Trailblazing their way through the West Australian Barrel Racing circuit, Apex Barrel Racing was created with the intention to combine the sport of barrel racing with that rural family atmosphere we all know and love! The Apex team are on a mission to deliver gold class events throughout Western Australia, by consistently pushing the envelope with bigger events, unheard of prize money, and epic prizes, whilst also showcasing local businesses and communities around WA.

    MARKETING DIRECTOR

    The Apex Co-Founder and brains behind the Apex promotions. V has a corporate and marketing background which is an asset in ensuring that the Apex Jackpots go off without a hitch! She spends hours planning events, writing content, sourcing sponsors, hand selecting prizes and responding to all your queries.

  • Brook White

    GROUNDS MANAGER

    Brook is the owner of Big Sky Arena and third generation farmer. Brook is the guy that barrel racer’s dreams are made of. He’s the dude working on the surface, constantly adjusting, researching surface ratios, tweaking and improving to ensure it’s as safe and sturdy and possible.

  • Yarnie King

    CLINIC FACILITATOR

    Yarnie is our fabulous clinic facilitator, running our Apex clinics and giving those that attend the tools and the confidence to compete at our Jackpots. Yarnie holds various ABCRA titles including All Round Cowgirl and Barrel Racing Champion, winning these on her heart horse Chevy.

  • Stef Clinch

    FOUNDER

    Stef returned from overseas with the idea of Apex after feeling inspired by the Rodeo and Jackpot way of life in both Canada and the US. Having since stepped away from Apex to focus on her growing family, the Apex fam will be forever grateful for her light bulb moment and bringing Apex to life here in Australia.
